Frequently asked questions

When is check-in and check-out possible?

Check-in: from 3 p.m. 

Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. 

Late check-out or early check-in is possible depending on hotel occupancy for a fee. 

Is it possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, luggage can be stored free of charge at the reception desk in the luggage room. 

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers for a fee (maximum 4 people). 

To order this service, please contact the reception desk at belvedere@hhotels.cz with your flight details - flight number, arrival time, and departure location. 

Transfers must be booked at least 24 hours before arrival.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel offers parking spaces in the hotel garage for a fee.  Parking spaces must be reserved in advance by email: belvedere@hhotels.cz .

If the garage is full, the reception will direct you to the nearest available parking. Alternative parking is available in Stromovka for a fee. 

Free street parking is available in the vicinity of the hotel after 6:00 p.m., but capacity is limited. 

How do I get to the hotel by public transport?

The hotel is located about 200 m from the Kamenická tram stop (tram lines 1, 8, 12, 25, 26, [night 91, 96]). 

From the airport: take bus no. 59/119 to the "Nádraží Veleslavín" stop. Then take tram 26 to the "Kamenická" stop. 

From the train station: tram no. 26 to the "Kamenická" stop. 

How do I get to the city center or tourist destinations?

To the city center (e.g., Náměstí Republiky): tram no. 26 or 8, only 3 stops (10 minutes). 

To Prague Castle: tram number 25 to the "Prašný most" stop (only 5 stops). 

How do I get to Prague Castle?

With tram 25, it is only 5 stops to the Prašný most stop at the castle.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, a cold and hot buffet breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Is breakfast also gluten-free or vegan?

If you have any special requirements, please contact us at belvedere@hhotels.cz and we will be happy to prepare something for you based on your requirements.

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel and rooms?

Yes, the hotel offers free high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms and throughout the hotel. 

Are pets allowed during the stay?

Yes, the fee is €15/pet/night.

Do you have a gym or fitness center?

We do not have a gym, but Running Mall is available, right across from the hotel and is free for clients.

Does the hotel have conference facilities?

Yes, we offer conference facilities for events, conferences, and meetings, including the historic Belvedere Hall.

What services does the hotel offer?

The Bistro Belcredi restaurant in the hotel and the lobby bar. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Hairdressing and beauty salon (Identita salon): hairdressing, manicure, pedicure, eyelash extensions. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

Baan massage salon: open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

Business corner with computer, printer, internet. 

Iron and ironing board available free of charge upon request. 

Baby cot available free of charge upon request.

Free luggage storage. 

Is there a lobby bar in the hotel?

The hotel has a lobby bar, which is unfortunately closed at the moment.

However, you can still enjoy yourself in our designer restaurant, Belcredi Bistro, located on the ground floor of the hotel. It offers a wide selection of international dishes prepared from fresh seasonal ingredients – high-quality meat, tasty salads, a sandwich menu, and many other specialties.

Will you help us book tickets for a bus, train or theatre?

Yes, please ask at the hotel reception.

Can you arrange flowers, a birthday cake or a gluten-free breakfast?

Yes, please contact the hotel reception.
Gluten-free bread and desserts are available on request from the breakfast staff.

Where is the nearest ATM in the vicinity of the hotel?

The hotel provides an ATM at the reception (EUR, USD, CZK).

The nearest public ATM is located 110 m from the hotel at Milady Horákové 10.

Where is the nearest currency exchange office?

There is a currency exchange office located directly in the hotel.

What rooms are available and what do they include?

The hotel offers 149 modern rooms. 

Room types: single rooms (-12 m²), double rooms (12-15 m²), double rooms with air conditioning (12-15 m²), triple rooms (15-20 m²), executive rooms (25-35 m²) with air conditioning, junior suites (35-45 m²). 

All rooms are non-smoking, with Wi-Fi and modern amenities.

Does the hotel have apartments available?

Yes, the hotel offers 2 luxury apartments suitable for honeymoons, romantic getaways, or other special occasions.

Do you offer gift vouchers for sale?

Yes, you can purchase both gift vouchers and experience vouchers on our website, not only for the Belvedere Hotel, but also for other hotels and restaurants in the H&Hotels group.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

For selected offers, such as the "Minimum 4 nights - 20% discount" offer, it is possible to change or cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 1 day before arrival. 

In general, reservations can be canceled free of charge no later than 24 hours before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, a minimum fee for the first night will be charged. 

For discounted offers such as "Pay in advance - 10% discount," the reservation is non-refundable. 

What are the payment methods and currency?

We accept card payments (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and cash. 

Prices may be listed in CZK or EUR. The final price is binding after confirmation of the reservation. 

Does the hotel have wheelchair access?
