Arrivals at our hotel are possible from 14:00.
Early arrival is possible (depending on the options of the hotel) for a fee of EUR 6 / CZK 150 per hour.

At our hotel, departures are before 11:00.
Late departure is possible (depending on the options of the hotel) for a fee of EUR 6 / CZK 150 per hour.

Can you store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, we can store your luggage free of charge in the luggage room.

Does the hotel offer transport from the airport?

We can arrange transport from the airport for 800 CZK (max. 4 people). Please contact the hotel reception in time.

Can I reserve a parking space?

We have a limited number of spaces in the hotel (the reservation must be confirmed by the reception in advance); the fee is EUR 24/day. There is also a large parking lot across from the Sparta Stadium for CZK 150/day. The free parking on the streets around the hotel is limited, but it is available after 18:00.

How to find us?

If you are travelling by public transport:

Our hotel is located about 200 m from the KAMENICKÁ tram stop.
Tram lines (1, 8, 12, 25, 26, 91, and 96)

If you are travelling from the airport:
From the airport, you can get to the Nádraží Velestavín station with bus line 59/119 and to the Kamenická stop with tram 26.

If you are travelling from the train station:
Take tram number 26 to the Kamenická stop.

Where can I purchase tickets for public city transport?
At the hotel reception, we sell public transport tickets for 30 minutes.
If you want to buy a ticket for 90 minutes, 1 day or 3 days, you can buy a ticket at a nearby tobacco store (about 200 m from the hotel).

How do I get to the city centre?

With tram 26 or 8, Republic Square is only 3 tram stops away. The journey takes no more than 10 minutes. You can also choose the pleasant route and walk through Letná Park.

How do I get to Prague Castle?

With tram 25, it is only 5 stops to the Prašný most stop at the castle.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, breakfast in the form of a hot and cold buffet is included in the price.

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel and in the rooms?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Yes, for a surcharge of EUR 15/pet/night.

Do you have a gym?

We do not have a gym, but Running Mall is available, right across from the hotel, and is free for clients.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

Yes, the restaurant Belcredi Bistro and its renowned cuisine are right in the hotel.

Will you help us book tickets for a bus, train or theatre?

Yes, please ask at the hotel reception.

Can you arrange flowers, a birthday cake or a gluten-free breakfast?
