Autumn in Prague reserves a very pleasant and cool weather. Averaging only 6 days of rain per month. Temperatures goes as follow:
- September: 20° C / 11° C
- October: 14° C / 6° C
- November: 8° C / 3° C
Being such a great time to visit Prague, we prepared a list of events and things to do in Prague this Autumn.
Prague trees are starting to change to a yellowish colour, and locals and tourists are still enjoying the outdoors. Bars, beer gardens and restaurants are all very popular at any time of the day.
With the temperature starting to drop fast and daylight becoming a more eventful sight, October sees Prague’s best colours and inviting beer gardens and tea or coffee shops for a warm beverage watching the sunshine.
Prague’s colours are however in its peak, the golden maple trees and shinning red as well as the brown and yellow of local plants. Parks are a perfect place to enjoy a sunny afternoon and take your autumn photos to post on Instagram.
Alright, the cold weather has finally arrived. Expect some cold wind during the day followed by a frosty evening. Beer gardens and outdoor spaces have all been packed away until April/May. So dress for the cold and plan for indoor events.
There is no doubt that Autumn is really one of the best times to visit Prague. The city is waiting for you with open arms.
